Welcome
We all have parts of our lives that we struggle with or wish were different —a difficult relationship, a stressful job or an unexpected change. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way.
In challenging moments, it can be helpful to remember you don't have to go through it alone.
At Village Therapy, we believe in the value of connection and its power to transform. In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, we'll help you gain insight, find your voice and feel more confident leaving the room and going out into the world.
"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen."

We believe relationships have the power to transform. We'll work collaboratively to notice patterns of relating to yourself and to others, and support you in discovering new ways of connecting. In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, we'll encourage you to engage your body, thoughts and feelings towards experiencing emotions more fully and authentically. Together, we'll discover areas of resilience that allow for healing and renewal.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and races, genders and sexual orientations, ages, classes, religions, and ethnicities. We understand that identities, and how they interplay with each other, shape your experience in the world. We'll bring curiosity and awareness to these dimensions and make space for your whole self to emerge.
